Percy was a little shy character; you can see him startle now and again throughout the video. But fortunately, he has a great relationship with his owner, and with the help of play, Percy started to become braver just after one session. However, Ben wanted to know how to begin and end the game without getting into a fight. If you noticed, I sometimes allowed Percy to take the toy away and did not take it away without it being a game or swapping with another toy. Switching the toys helped Percy understand the rules of the game. If you have a dog that will not release the toy and growls at you when you come too near, this is called resource guarding.
