Puppy Love

Like every prospective puppy guardian, I did my homework before visiting the breeder. A friend had sent me a picture as he knew I was looking for a pup, and he knew the dad. Dasher seemed the perfect fit for us. He came from competitive lines and had the working drive I was looking for. So even before meeting Dasher, we knew this was likely to be the pup we would choose. But who could resist his little face? Not to mention he looked like my old girl Mollie, a Border Collie I owned whilst the kids were small. There are all sorts of reasons why we pick a puppy, but I always recommend to clients that they do their homework before visiting the litter because once you walk through that door, you will be gripped by puppy love.
